To process bookings, send confirmations and reminders (WhatsApp, email, SMS), handle refunds, and improve the platform.
3. Sharing with operators
We share the booking details necessary for your trip (name, guest count, contact number) with the operator you've booked, and nothing more.
4. Data retention
Booking and payment records are retained as required for GST compliance and dispute resolution, and are not sold to third parties.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it, subject to statutory retention requirements for financial records, by contacting hello@backwaterstays.example.
